Je vous avais parlé en août d'un formidable gommage pour le corps de chez C.O. Bigelow, le Mentha Body (ici). J'avais aussi acheté la version pieds, la Mentha Foot. On retrouve complètement cette odeur de menthe très fraîche et revigorante. Et pour cause : la liste d'ingrédients affiche une concentration en peppermint oil de 2,25 %.

Qu'apprenons-nous sur le site de C.O. Bigelow :

"Our super-infused daily foot treatment provides moisture and comfort for tired and abused feet. Our invigorating ultra minty formula blends aloe and peppermint to cool feet and check foot odor creating the ultimate foot cream."

So... Bon j'avoue que le "check foot odor" n'est pas très sexy, et ayant pieds et mains désséchées, je ne suis pas vraiment concernée. Mais j'utilise quand même ce soin avant d'aller courir. Mieux vaut prévenir que guérir.

Concernant la texture, nous sommes davantage dans une formule crème gel, que crème. On ne retrouve pas du tout le côté enveloppant des soins nourrissants pour les pieds. Conclusion : c'est frais, revigorant, rafraichissant mais ce n'est pas passez hydratant pour pieds secs. Je dois donc alterner ce soin avec un autre plus riche et plus complet.

Par contre odeur vraiment top ! Mais je conseille une utilisation estivale en cas de pieds secs.
